Important note about shopping here...

Order Receipt emails are sent to your email address. Please ensure your email application/provider accepts emails from orders (at) thehinitiative.com and info (at) thehinitiative.com so that you can receive the Order Receipt. We can then also keep you updated about the status of your order. Or, better still, add us to your address book!

If you don't receive your Order Receipt within several minutes of placing the order, the email application or provider has probably filed it into the junkmail folder or rejected it outright. Please contact us if you find that you are missing an Order Receipt and we will forward you a copy.

Is it secure shopping on this website?

Yes it is! You are able to purchase from our website by paying with a bank deposit or direct credit from your bank account.

For all bank deposit and direct credit payments, we would not have access to your personal banking details as you would need to arrange the transaction separately with your own bank. Note that our own bank account details for payments are included in your Order Receipt email.

Note: If you are an international customer and need to pay by credit card, please let us know and we will send you an invoice via PayPal.

Can I exchange t-shirts?

Sure! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. Reference your order number and provide your reasons and/or exchange requirements. The cost of delivery for returns back to us is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering exchanges and replacement items to you.
